Our Improv and custom-written shows are just the prescription for your employees' long day of conferences, classes and seminars. If you're providing the work, we'll provide the fun! Improv Nashville performs Improvised shows of any length and theme, as well as performances specifically written for your event. We work with you to make our performance one your employees will ask for year after year.

Simulations

Improv Nashville can add a unique experience to your next corporate event through our Interactive Characters Program. Training

Our corporate training workshops help co-workers better communicate with one another and conjure a spirit of "team" through the fundamentals of improvisation. A good improviser is someone who is awake, is not entirely self-focused, moved by a desire to do something useful and give something back and who acts on this impulse. At Improv Nashville, we become part of your team to help assure your company's prosperity. We place your employees into small, interactive groups--no one is left to just sit and watch. Our instructors lead a series of games and exercises that will:

1. Build trust and confidence of each individual, as well as between co-workers
2. Empower individuals to clearly communicate their ideas and have faith in their instincts
3. Foster listening and focusing on the present without judgment, editing or presupposition
4. Enable small groups to create and construct as a team through agreement and support
5. Teach the art of making others look good, thereby "making you look good"
6. Show how to avoid dwelling on successes and failures that weaken production
